John Pulhin, Associate

John gained his PhD qualification in Geographical Sciences from the Australian National University in 1997. He returned to the Department of Social Forestry and Forest Governance UPLB College of Forestry and Natural Resources where he is currently a Professor and UP Scientist II. John has extensive experience across Southeast Asia in community forestry, common property resource management, climate change risk assessment and adaptation planning from a community perspective. John has led numerous climate change assessment projects and is currently leading an APN project in Albay Province, Philippines. John was a Lead Author for the 4th Assessment Report of the IPCC.
